Hi Gang; Found this 1963 Massey Ferguson 35X on ebay on Saturday, description sounded oaky and price was fair. So made the final winning bid. Bought it for the wife - she was NOT impressed ! Had to collect it from North Devon, just accross the Severn River Estuary (the largest river in England) from Wales, but it was a 405 mile round trip along the Welsh coast and the Somerset coast. Its an older restoration, used for many years on a small 17 acre horse & sheep farm - the owner packing up. Needs a few small jobs doing and a better repaint. And that very heavy rops frame will be coming off first ! These 35X were the ultimate version of the MF35 range, Perkins AD152 3 cyl diesel engine, 3F & 1R with hi & lo ranges, and diff lock. This one doesnt not have Multi-Power splitter box. Cheers David
