O/T 80 F350 ford front end questiopn

On my 80 ford There are two struts that go from the axle about 2 ft back and have rubber bushings on the ends, and are secured by a large washer, and nut. If I want to replace the rubber bushings is this a big job? Might get my tractor hauler running before my weed mowing season after all.
