Most auto parts places like to sell Champions but what you do not know is that Autolite spark plugs have a two year garentee if they foul out or get old in less than two years you bring them back and they will replace them. I would also take the time and check your magneto cap Or Distributor cap. Some time they could be cracked and they will act up only in certain times. It could be that it is only makeing enough spark to jump the old gap in the old plug and not the new plugs. I have had this promblem with my Allis Chalmers when the old plugs just start to break down after two years of hard use. A little bit of my thoughts for you I hopoe they might help Brent
