You shouldn't have any problems getting just a replacement valve stem for a rear tire. Go to any shop that services rear tractor tires and they should even be able to give you a good used one for free.

Once you have a new stem, drive the tractor until the stem is at the top of the tire, then remove the old one with a pliers and screw in the new one. You could probably get the old one freed up, but chances are it won't seal tight and will need replacement anyway. I've replaced several valve stems this way and really didn't loose any fluid other than a slight mist. Be sure to wear safety glasses because that stuff is nasty if you get it in your eyes. It really tastes like crap too....
