2 yers ago the neighors decided to pump their swimming pool out into our field the first fall they were out there. We needed to chop corn out of that feild the next day. It really didn't make us happy and dad went and explained to them that if they paid of the water from the city, the city can have it back. At the very least, to call us and clear it with us before just going ahead and doing it.... Only good thing was that we already had it opened up and I could avoid the new sink hole for the most part. Others called the cops when I was trimming trees on our side of the fence... Long story and still trying to haul manure on the holidays in front of their house... Donovan from Wisconsin
