Thank goodnes you have some warning signs. 23 years ago my wife went into premature labor with no warning. We had premature twin boys (2 lb 8 oz each). Technology has advanced a LOT since then and you should be fine as long as you do what the docs tell you. And even if she delivers early, there are LOTS better ways to deal with tiny babies than there were back when I went through it.
