bobcat skid steer

I have a S150 Bobcat skid steer. Today when I was working the machine shut off acting as if it was out of fuel. There was still about 10 gallons in the tank. The primer bulb was sucked flat. When I disconnected the fuel line from the primer bulb, I could get no fuel from the tank. Any suggestions out there as to how to resolve this problem?
