If the oil companies make 8 cents a gallon, its too much. Exon reported 9+ BILLION profit for the last quarter, 3 months. That is profit. Sometimes the stations here have had fines because they sold cheaper than the 8 cents over cost that the state mandates. Right now I think they are making up for it in high profits, about 30 cents a gallon for regular over delivery cost. Probably cost 6 or 7 cents for overhead. Dont we get more oil from South America than the middle east? And I believe Canada is the largest suppplier for M. MN. Anyone got the stats?
