I burn veggie oil in my diesel car now and again and my accountant adds it on to my tax return. Fuel tax is ROAD tax. I still use the road, I should pay for it, thats only right. Now I'm in the growing minority that says a portion of my road tax should be paying for better infrastructure for public transportation. Our rail system is falling apart while we plow money into airports to prop up failing airlines and more roads that we can't afford to drive on. Thats just silly. I take the Acella express to NYC from Boston about every other month. Its fantastic and would be even better if Connecticut would pay its share and upgrade the tracks. In MA, RI and NY the train goes 100+mph (verified with my gps) in CT it goes 65mph...

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
