Last year I took some small squars of timothy to a hay auction. I got $1.70 per bale.If I had stuck around I would of no saled it.That was the last time I took hay to that auction.All the buyers want to do is steel from you.

I put a sign at the end of my drive "Hay for sale" and sold all I had for $4.25.When asked about the high price,I would tell them with fuel at $3.00 a gal and twine at $34.00 a bale, the days of $2.oo hay are gone.I could of sold alot more if I had had it in the barn.
