I had a problem getting a disk brake rotor off of my Dakota. I hit it with a hammer ALOT to try an break it loose. The thing started chipping an cracking. I tried turning an hitting the back side.
Then I remembered my dad telling me about
Coco-cola and it's iron eating properties.
Put a nail in a cup of coke an next morning it will be eatin away. Hey, why not, I've tried other crazy stuff. So I got a can of coke an poured it on my brake rotor, both sides. Waited 15 minutes an did it again. 5 minutes later, I hit the back of the rotor, and pow, it can off like a rocket. Try it, and tell me if it worked for you too. Also, the torch will expand metal. So heat the OUTSIDE part to make IT get larger. Not the inside tie rod.
