In these more modern times it would be possible being denied an insurance claim because of doing that and I could also visualize having the barn and site being declared a toxic site with you paying for having it removed plus paying for damaging your neighbor's wells. They would likely see a free lunch too and sue for something or other. Insurance companies and others view a deliberate dstructive act in a different light than we might. After all that you might wish you chose a different path.
