Like the other writer mentioned if the orange peel is severe you will have to cut through it to repair. The cause of orange peel is too fast of a reducer, not enough material to cause flow out or too much reducer (assuming enamal). If your actually referring to fish eyes... this is caused by silicones and oily surfaces caused by poor surface prep. An additive will help with this. Good luck!! keith
