Bruce, The "guy" who told you about the adjusting those bolts thinks you had better take that pressure plate to your Case IH dealer to be checked, and see if they have the proper bolts. Those fingers need to be adjusted exactly the same or the clutch will not release properly. Also you need to see what wore those heads off, something else may need to be replaced, the yoke or the throwout bearing carrier.
