What did you include in your tune-up? Did you replace anything or just reset gaps and check timing? Pull the plugs, if they are wet the problem is electrical. If only some of the plugs are wet it could be those plugs specifically or their plug wires. If they are all wet it's likely to be somewhere from the distributer to the battery/alternator. On any standard ignition motor I personally would replace all plugs, points, rotor and distributor cap every two years or so just as a matter of course. They are not that expensive. If any of these parts are more than 5 years old I would strongly suspect all of them :-) Good Luck Kim P.S. I personally believe that many carbourator problems are actually created by people like me who try to fix an electrical problem at the carbourator adjustment screws :-) Been there done that.
