I did'nt think Tom meant all Kubota tractors are grey market.
But if you give all the facts, then he needs to know. The Kubota seems to have and a weak pto for regular bushhog work. It's too light weight to pull with, unless water or weights are added, and parts are expensive even on minor repairs.
My thoughts would be a Massey 35, or Ford 2000 or something on that order. Parts are readily available for these types, and you won't need many of them anyway.
If he has an overrun coupling on his pto, forgets the power steering and remembers to keep the clutch out to use the lift. He's as well off with what he has than a Japanese tractor of the same size power wise, grey market or not.
