Hey now, that's ok, it is what it is literally in this case !
I've always paid attention to specifications, hate guessing and just dumping something in, my favorite childhood tractor was done in by someone doing that to our 64 4000 S-O-S, when changing the trans fluid, say around 1980, friend of my dads, honest mistake, best of intentions, and he worked in an Atomic Power lab ! Never forgot that one, and the lack of a tractor for the longest time, times were not the best back then.
This must be close in proximity to what is called for on the old Caterpillar track rollers, which I think was very similar to a 00, but not the same, track roller grease, stringy/tacky like chainsaw bar oil, believe some use cornhead grease there too. Well in my travels, I'll stop by the local oil distributor and see, we also have a big lawn mower, irrigation small engine place nearby, they may have it as well, they sell and service all kinds of equipment.
Same thing with the rear end on the hundred series, is it GL 4 or GL 5 you have to be careful about for bronze bushings or parts in the rear ?
And so the 85W-90WT types are obviously a different lube, I did a search to see if I could find information explaining the different types, no luck so I asked here, thanks, much appreciated.

I’d probably plowed about 3000 acres (in my head anyway) by the time they found me. This is where my love for tractors started and has only gotten worse in my tender 50 yrs on this “green planet”.
