Walt - When dealing with those who are newly diagnosed with M.S.(or any other serious condition)I always like to emphasize that there hasn't been a better time ever to have such conditions as there is so much more support and medical services available now than just a few years ago. My maternal aunt was diagnosed with M.S. in the 'fifties when there was absolutly no support available and little known medically about M.S. My wife was diagnosed in 1975 and you can't begin to imagine the advances in health care and support since then. Please find a local chapter of the American M.S. Society to help out. Might be easy to "Google" it. Walt, you're a long way from total disability!! You'll be amazed at how you'll be able to adapt as time progresses. THINK POSITIVE!!!!!!!
