With that amount of ground if you let in plows with more than 2 bottoms you will run out of plowing before noon and what are you going to do the rest of the day? Had a plow day several years ago, 28 acres and about 3 in afternoon it was all plowed. Mostly 2 or 3 bottoms with a single in there and I believe if I remember right 1 4 bottom. Set the camper in the field for rest break and lunch, forget what had for sure but set up the grill to cook it and step son did the cooking and enjoyed it (full city boy), you will also need about 5 acres for truck-trailer parking and unless the 2 fields are just across the fence it will cause a problem.. I belong to several antique machinery clubs but just the one all I invited as the others are not as much interested. You need to be involved with a club because it is too much work for you to just do by yourself. At plow days around here no one expects you to furnish fuel. Just be prepaired for a field that is very uneven as all different size plows a 16" following a 12" will not be able to put that 16" slice into the opening of the 12" and vice versa the 12" will not be able to fill the 16" furrow so it will be like a ditch everytime. Mine was on Sept 30 in wheat stubble and on that morning the ground was white with frost but warmed up nicely during the day. That late it might be just too cold to drive an old open tractor several miles to get to your place as not all will be able to haul them. For my day they came from 3 mile to 70 mile away.
