Spook has the idea . I tend about 1000 acres and alot of it is hills rocks and brier bushes . In yrs. past I did`nt get to hunt for patroling our property which I could`nt keep up with . Now I have the property cut into 4 differant areas and lease them out . These guys tend it better than I can . The lease runs from the first of bow season , oct. 1 to the end of muzzleloader about the first of the yr. I`ve had the same guys for a few yrs. and I let them in alittle early to scout and hang stands . They are glad to pay and glad to keep the riff raff out and I`ve kept about 200 a. for me and my buddys . It helps when the locals know you aint afraid to protect what is yous too !! I have one area that is leased to 5 people and another has 4 but for the most part there`s only one of`em and 1 on the other but they all want a place they can go when they want to . I charge per person , dont matter if they hunt or not . It`s been a big help to me and I`m making alittle money .
