Dryness an not having affected areas touch each other are important an so if you roll two sheats of bounty paper in roll shape an use one on eighter side (2ROLLS)of efected areas keeping affected areas seperated best you can while you sleep it will help .dRY AN SEPERATED IS KEY!!!!
