Very small town here . Neighbor walked out of the hardware store , colored lady had a car that wouldn't start . ( little Dodge ) He had owned several of them . He looked it over and knew what it took to fix it . When he told her she said I don't have any money to pay for it . She told him she was from the city and just started working for the state .
