I am exploring eliminating the water pump on my IXA series engine and converting it to a thermal Sypon. I am wondering if the drive coupling and gear on the IXB is the same as that on the IXA. The gear number on the IXB is 27195 and that on the IXA is 27195B.
Any information would be appreciated. Below is a photograph of the A drive with attached water pump. The gear is attached, it is just not visiable from the photograph.
