If anyone is in the market for a very good high efficiency washer I would recommed a Staber. Three years ago I bought one and it was a very good investment. It uses hardly any detergent and little water. It is built well, and if anything goes wrong it is designed so that the owner can fix it themselves. It's also made in the U.S.A. Check them out www. staber.com I did notice the price has gone up a bit since I bought mine though, but still well worth it.
