Don, I worked in a friend's auto shop for three years after I retired from teaching. We sold a lot of tires and one thing I learned, if we sold some one a set of Cooper tires they never came back in with problems, Cooper was without doubt the best tire we handled and we carried Good year B F Godderich, just about any brand..Cooper was number one, when I needed tires for my pick up I went with Cooper just because I knew they were problem free. My truck came with Good Year Wranglers and they were the poorest tire I have owned in a long time, couldn't balance them, dealer adjusted one, I had to buy one and the truck still bounced and shook, pulled to the left. I put the Coopers on and the truck rode smooth, quiet and no pull on the wheel. I have had good luck with Dunlop tires in the past, but I swear by Coopers..and I'm not a Cooper Tire Salesman, just a hobby farmer who drives a pick up.
