Agpilot: The YT adds have been very unreliable for me, both as a seller and buyer. As a Canadian, I rarly get a reply to an e mail, either buying or selling. Kim checked into this once and discovered she had some spyware designed to shut out Nigerian e mails, however it was also shutting out my server here in Canada. She assured me that has been corrected, however I'm not convinced.
E mail are quite important on cross border inquiries, phoning cross border is quite expensive. It really doesn't matter how detailed and add is someone may always have a question.
I've probably run 2 doz for sale photo adds in the past 3 years, only sold one item and that guy had to phone me as e mails weren't going through.
In the past 3 months I've responded to 8 for sale items on YT photos adds. Only got one responce, and that guy was just thanking me for advising him his tractor was actually 6 years newer than he had it advertised. The others were all inquiries on items I might be interested in.
I've come the the colclusion, YT classifieds are worth exactly what they cost.
