If you've never seen them, it's worth every minute to visit the different monuments, War Memorials, and Arlington Gardens along with the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and the changing of the gaurds. I would guess that you'd find plenty in the Smithsonian as far as farming. May want to get online and print a layout so you can see everything you want if your time is limited. Have fun.
