Live pto, live high volume/high pressure hydraulics, power steering, robust enough front axle not to break is a loader is ever added, synchronized or shuttle shift transmission, differential lock, high out put electrical system, factory or approved aftermarket rops etc. Eliminate the tractors laking those features and look at the rest. There are those who whine about the Deere price. New price at the dealer, all brands pretty much compare. How somebody cries about brand X of used tractor retaining more worth after 20 years than brand Y? It's just jealousy that their favorite brand drops to scrap value sooner. As for brand, your local dealer's worth figures in here heavy.
