I drove a conversion van for a airport shuttle company ,they would get stock E-150's usually with 5.0's and run the life out of them 20,000+ mile oil changes only fix it if it broke .and they still got 5-700,000 miles before changing engines usually 2-3 trannys , and they still ran them 2-400,000 miles more before getting rid of them
