glen- The Snap-on 7100 won"t hold a candle to the IR 2135TI. The IR is lighter, much more reliable, more powerfull, and very easy to work on. It"s also less money, and if you get it with Matco"s name on it (MT1769), it"s got a two year warranty. I don"t know much about a lot of things, but tools are my business, so trust me. I can"t guess how many Snap-on high-dollar impacts get traded in to me, and they"re a pain to resale at any price. IR"s got the corner on the market, and has for years. Save some money, and get the IR.
