tommy- am sure that your manual is correct but 95% filled tires are going to give you a hard ride because a water mix isn't compressible and you need air to cushion your ride. According to everything I know, filling should stop when the fluid is just over the top of the rims to allow for air. 85% or 95% seems like a lot. bo
