I'd imagine there has to be someone to talk to that would get some results, you need to hammer someone at the corporate level, with an intelligent, business like nasty gram, or some correspondence from the atty general. I can't say I would not have been happy about that situation either, 12 years as a customer and they admit you are on the will call list, it's really amazing the amount of complaints by people here alone in regards to their agressive tactics, they are at the same level as scheister collection agencies, and it's probably the tip of the iceberg as far as unhappy customers goes, corporate would sure get an eye opener reading these posts, you would have to be an idiot to absorb this level of customer dissatisfaction and be happy with it as a business owner. The fact that they are closing a territory is evidence of losing a significant customer base. You would think they would want volume sales.

BBQ tank out there with there name on it and an illustration of an appropriate gesture on the tank, not hard to draw a hand with one finger raised. When the person comes to fill it, be nice to see the look on their face. Childish kind of prank I know, but they seem awful disrespectful when they have to realize money is tight in the winter time and do things like you describe, good customer service is not based on dictatorship last I checked.

After a few paragraphs I usually close the book and go back to banging out dents. A good friend and I were recently discussing our tractor electrical systems when he stated "I figure it all comes back to applying Ohms Law". At this point
