The vehicle emission testing yearly is a pain and doesn't amount to much so vehicles 1995 and back don't have to be tested in the seven county and E. St Louis area in IL. SOOOO trt testing is a stretch. Now the summer blend gas is used in these area to reduce emissions. Truth is less MPG on the this blend so more fuel is used. The Gov of Il feet is being held to the fire on the Rasko case. The way gov Rayns feet were and now in a fed pen in IN. The gov of NY had another part being held so life goes on.
