Thats a real photo. I have known men to lose their legs because of a spider bite from a brown recluse. He was bit in the upper leg, and after a week had a hole that he could stick his fist into to bone. They aren't anything to be near thats for sure. I have seen worse than this, just type in spider bite in a search engine, and see what pain people suffer from these things.
