Farmer and my father probably close in age, both would just hook onto it and drop the pin, no don't worry about the cotter key, just drop the pin, it's good. You know the type Tire pressure, bearing grease, these are non essential optional items to them. Comical ain't it ? I'm always the one checking those things and getting after people to do the same thing.

Now how would anyone consciously bring that back to where you got it like that.
Did that bearing, checked, re-packed the rest, got the stick welder up there, straightened some metal, made it strong again, was hotter than.... out, trying to use stick on thin metal for the first time, got the doors back on, made sure it went back right, his daughter worked for us, she brought it back on the way home. He's in the field with it, tie rod for the steering comes apart, he says someone sabotaged it. I dunno, things get weird when you borrow something, towing that wagon was an accident waiting to happen, never again, bought a truck for hauling or have it delivered.
