How about something that shoots ammo that is both in stock. And cheap in every rural store? That's the .22, .223, 243, 270, 308, 30/06, 30/30, 300 Winchester and 12 gauge. Want something that you can always find ammo for, them it's military calibers. .22,.223, .308 & 12 gauge. If you can't knock game over in the lower 48 states with a 308. You better stick with video games.

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
