I'm a high school teacher and I'll have to agree with you. It's very easy to let the bad elements of society blind you against the good ones. There are a lot of kids out there who cause problems, but there are a lot more good ones, just like with adults. There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
