And here is a typical dryland wheat crop in our area this year - this farmer is as good as any in our area - the strip of wheat is where the plow left a shallow depression as he turned, causing it to collect a little more moisture over the year - if it weren't for that, you couldn't even tell it was a crop! :(

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
