Most have hit it pretty good, but also could be rich on the fuel. Intake not clogged as well and running rich? Just a thought since was running well when you parked it. You aint missing a barn cat and maybe see a cat's tail hanging out of the air cleaner? Well, neighbor's cat?
And by the way, I smell when I run, but that's another issue.
