I have a John Deere 110 garden tractor that I am fixing up for a guy. The starter went bad who knows how long ago (I'd say at least 10yrs judging by the dust on it) He just parked it in the barn and got something different. He gives it to me to fix along with another 112 with a bad rod. Took the starter and solinoid off that one to put on 110 and now it turns over but no spark. Did the usual checking of the points, tried a different plug. Still nothing. I don't know where else to look, it was running till the starter went.... so the coil and condenser should still be good right? I want to get this fixed and out of my shop. Any help of suggestions are appreciated. Thanks. Mike
