Yes, it was "legal" for her to leave. But she lacks any leadership skills. She has been such a dissapointment to those of us that thought otherwise several years ago.
She did not stand up and get a vote on the subject at hand. She merely decided that her point of view was correct and left. Not at all what she promised when she was given her position.
