"Yes, it was "legal" for her to leave. But she lacks any leadership skills. She has been such a dissapointment to those of us that thought otherwise several years ago."

You expected to much, its still your opinion. If you don't like the job she does do it yourself.

"She did not stand up and get a vote on the subject at hand. She merely decided that her point of view was correct and left. Not at all what she promised when she was given her position."

She isn"t required to stand up, she got the vote regardless. She earned her position the same way most of them did.

"You seem to prefer debates using cliches and slogans. I suspect I will not be able to obtain any ideas from you based on logic."

Cliches and slogans, however irrelevant, don"t render an argument moot and don"t take away from its accuracy. So far I have seen little logic from you guys either. Ram your viewpoint regardless of even recent events and evidence to the contrary has little logic to it as well.

"Perhaps you are better suited to complaining on a daily basis and not offering any solutions. It is easier to be a follower of the herd than a leader."

I wasn"t aware pointing out historical facts was complaining. I"m just pointing out the multiple falicies in your solution since it"s been tried and proved costly on several occasions. But you still seem interested in pushing it. And you can"t take critical responses well. Yours isn"t the only solution and I prefer to talk to people who can actually do something about it, here it"s just talk. It"s easy to lead when you"re just talking and by definition followers don"t challenge the leader. But this isn't about leaders or followers. Look around, history does repeat itself.
Fools errand over.

Today's Featured Article - Upgrading an Oliver Super 55 Electrical System - by Dennis Hawkins. My old Oliver Super 55 has been just sitting and rusting for several years now. I really hate to see a good tractor being treated that way, but not being able to start it without a 30 minute point filing ritual every time contributed to its demise. If it would just start when I turn the key, then I would use it more often. In addition to a bad case of old age, most of the tractor's original electrical system was simply too unreliable to keep. The main focus of this page is to show how I upgr ... [Read Article]
