It's hard to believe that both of our places have a field bisected by high voltage power transmission lines. At home here, I've stopped most if not all that extra curricular traffic, cept one of the troopers kids, only one with permission, the other place, power lines comes through a corner of a field, leaves a triangle or wedge on the opposing side, stone walls and hedgerow borders with odd geometry, so the atv'ers decide it's easier to just push over 2 fence lines, I put em back up strong,taut, piled up some boulders etc. This place is much more remote, lot of empty and wooded land around, actually some revolutionary war history too. So I cut em and marked a trail with ribbon around the outside of the fence, found my corner inscribed on a stone near a stake, let em pass by out there, not sure who owns next to us anyway, there is no one at the barns at night don't need any retalliation etc., also some expensive horses in this 10 acre pasture they made holes in, (if they ever got out,not good) was a nice swarm mosquitos in there while doing the repairs, got to love them fence mashing atv'rs... just a slightly disgruntled digression from the talk of tractors to the fields and fences, especially from the disgruntled fence repairer :)
