I have a 1991 GMC Topkick, short wheel base trailer toter. 366 engines burn holes in the pistons about 70,000 miles or so. '91 thru 95 used the same model of 366 engine. A good pickup engine but don't expect much from it on hills. It was only built for medium duty use but there are a gadzillion of them around. Has disc brakes on all 4 wheels like mine? If engine ever needs replaced, use a 427 instead of 366. Several hundred bucks more but world of difference. New windshield should be under $300.
