Grew up in "lower" Delaware. I"d have to disagree with #19 unless you"re in North East MD or "above the canal" in Delaware. 20-30 years ago the locals/natives even had trouble with 1" of snow and wiped out the groceries LONG before the city folks started buying up the land and moving in. I remember having school canceled on a forcast and we didn"t get a flurry.. You forgot about chicken house Perfume.... just kidding. thanks for reminding me of home...

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard. From the engine number, it was found that this Major was produced late 1946. It was almost complete but had various parts that would definitely need replacing.
