This mess is a result of people who could NOT AFFORD a darn house to begin with by getting a slick loan that converts to a payment they can NOT AFFORD.
Shame on me for getting a normal, 30-year fixed loan with a payment I can afford. No one will bail me out, now. Should have went for that 1/2 million dollar mansion on the river, I guess...
