Well the guy called his insurance company on this. So tomorrow I get to deal with the adjuster. Not something I wanted to do but he called them. My worry is that the guy will try to say its a total. Bike is a classic/antique, 1976 Honda CB360T. Not sure but I would guess there is less then 5000 of them still on the road in the U.S.A. I was willing to go the simple way but now it looks like it may get to be a bag of worms. Just a rant so never mind
