Kind of a rant , I was bidding on an item , got outbid . I figured I was out of it , bought item elsewhere . I get e-mail from E-bay . Bidder retracted his bid, thus making me high bidder again . Auction is too near the end , e-bay would not let me retract my bid . I e-mailed seller , informing him I purchased item elsewhere . I offered to play his listing fee's if I won it. Auction went down to the wire , 34 seconds to go and someone finally outbid my bid !!! whew . E-bay told me that ALL bids were active till end of auction ! Learned something there i guess. Don;t agree with it however. I figure once your outbid, walk away ,,just like at any other auction . Not E-bay ! They said I should have waited till auction was over before I purchased Item eleswhere ,,what a crock!
