There is your problem Milky oil , that is causing part of the problem as it is plugging the filter. Now you can either change the oil and do as i said about cracking the two lines up ft that feed the steering cyl. , Or ya can change the oil again along with the filter . When you changed the oil this past summer did you PULL ALL the plugs on the bottom of the transmission and rear end??? Your system is still contaminated with water and until it is all cleaned out you will have problems. Now you say that your MCV pump is bad my question is when you do change fluid will it pick up prime with out tomuch of a problem or ya have trouble picking up prime???
