this is probably the industrial version of the continental 4 cyl 162 cu inch model f162 Is is refered to as a 163 cu inch engine. although it may also be a 124 or 140 cu inch. some older clark towmotors had these engines, they could also be found in combines, branch chippers, welders, generators, red seal power units, etc. would be very similar engines in massey 30,22,81,20 silverking model 42/42 I do not believe the f-30 or f-30 used a continental 4 cyl flathead. they are a nice smooth running engine.
